Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and the services offered by Sunbeam Colton Sunrooms & Patios, a sunroom contractor in Colton, CA. If you browse the site, send us a message or ask for an estimate, you agree to these terms, so please read them before you go further.

What we do
We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, solariums and patio covers for homes in Colton and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew and how we work on our About page, and the home page lists the services we offer.
What you read on this site is general information to help you plan a project. It isn't a quote, a contract or advice about your particular house, because every home, lot and permit situation is different.
Estimates and pricing
Our estimates are free and given in person, with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is our best figure for the work we can see and the materials you choose at the time we visit.
Prices can change if the scope changes, if you pick different materials, if the permit office or an inspector requires extra work, or if we find hidden problems once the job is open, such as damaged framing or a slab that won't carry the load. We'll tell you about any change and get your approval before we do the extra work.
Your written contract sets the final price, scope and terms for your job. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract wins.
Scheduling and cancellation
We'll give you a start date and an expected timeline once your contract is signed and any needed permits are in hand. Dates can move because of weather, permit and inspection timing, material delivery or conditions we find on site, and we'll keep you posted when they do.
If you need to reschedule a visit or a work day, please call or message us as soon as you can. Cancellation of a signed job is handled under the terms of your contract, and nothing in these terms takes away any right to cancel that the law gives you.
Payment
The amounts and due dates for any deposit, progress payments and the final payment are set out in your contract. Please pay on time, because late payment can delay the next stage of your project.
If a payment is missed, we may pause work until the account is brought current, and we may use any remedies the law allows to collect what is owed.
Warranties and disclaimers
We stand behind our work, and any workmanship warranty we offer will be written into your contract. Materials such as glass, vinyl, aluminum and roofing panels carry the manufacturer's own warranty, and those terms come from the maker, not from us.
This website and everything on it is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't promise it is free of errors or that it will always be available.
Limits on our liability
To the extent California law allows, Sunbeam Colton Sunrooms & Patios isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. Our responsibility for a project is set by your contract and by the law.
Nothing here limits any responsibility that the law doesn't allow a business to limit.
Settling a disagreement
If something goes wrong, please contact us first, because most problems get sorted out quickly with a phone call or a visit. You can reach us through our Contact page or at (909) 679-6010.
If we can't work it out together, the dispute will be handled under the laws of the State of California, in the courts of San Bernardino County, unless your contract says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies when you use the site, so it's worth checking back now and then.
Changes to these terms don't change a contract you've already signed with us.
